5-year contract at Camp Pendleton, CA. and seek highly experienced, qualified
employees to fill these positions.

FUNCTIONS: I
Overview: The Automotive Servicer performs a variety
of minor repairs and services to maintain motor vehicles. Checks and replaces batteries, rotates, repairs, and replaces
tires, washes, polishes, and cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles,
drains, flushes, and replaces engine, transmission, and differential grease and
oils, checks, cleans, calibrates, and replaces spark plugs, cleans and replaces
oil and air filters. Adjusts brakes, replaces windshield wipers, and similar
minor parts, assists on major overhaul jobs by disassembling and cleaning
parts, repairing components such as generators and water pumps, and replacing
thermostats, points, electrical wiring and other items, maintains tools and equipment,
and cleans work areas.
Requirement is for a Automotive/Servicer/Mobile to provide vehicle operations and minor maintenance. This employee is responsible for checking the fuel, oil, and fluid levels in radiators, crankcases, transmissions, power steering, and power braking reservoirs, assigned as necessary. Driving vehicles to fuel stations is necessary along with picking up new vehicles or vehicles that have had maintenance. Replaces broken/worn items such as windshield wipers, light bulbs, mirrors. Performs jump starts and downloads camera information. Prints reports associated with vehicle checkout at the Consolidated Vehicle Pool. Performs all scheduled preventative maintenance, meter recording and washing (daily, weekly, and monthly) required to keep vehicles operating efficiently. The employee will be given a daily vehicle report as to what vehicles need to be picked up or taken to their locations. Vehicles located in the Consolidated Vehicle Pool will be attended to on a daily basis. The government will make available all products concerning the safe operation of vehicles. This will include items that are needed to jump start vehicles. The government will furnish necessary utilities, i.e., water, air, fuel. Must clean, fuel and maintain vehicles in a safe operating condition, pickup new vehicles and take old vehicles to drop off location, and take vehicles to various maintenance locations and upon repairs. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this position.
