N-E-I is a service business with a history of successfully delivering projects for federal government agencies by providing outstanding service and comprehensive turn-key solutions. We are certified as s Small Disadvantaged (SDB), Woman-Owned (WOSB/EDWOSB), and Minority entity, which has been in operation since 1987. We are proposing on a 5-year contract at Camp Pendleton, CA. and seek highly experienced, qualified employees to fill these positions. 

 

JOB FUNCTIONS: I

Overview: This individual provides administration of various types of service contracts (maintenance, minor repairs, etc.). Reviews Statements of Work for accuracy and completeness; requests and tracks receipt of funds; processes contract packages to the contracting office for award; reviews reports to provide most current information.  Prepares correspondence, contract documents, funding requests, work orders, and contract files.  Maintains contract expiration report; initiate replacement contract or contract option work orders as directed to continue services. Will file documents and files, answer incoming telephone calls and voice messaging system. Contacts customers for various purposes; utilizes the computer for data entry into databases and MAXIMO database system; develops spreadsheets; scans records for computer use, filing and distribution.  Utilizes Outlook e-mail program to send and receive correspondence and documents. Must be able to type and have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Must have adequate communication skills to deal with customers and provide customer service. Knowledge of government contracting is desirable but not required. Must have a valid California driver's license and be able to drive a government vehicle. A minimum of 4 years of experience is required for this position.
