Intermediate Facilities Planner

We are proposing on a 5-year contract at Camp Pendleton, CA. and seek highly experienced and qualified employees to fill these positions.

JOB FUNCTIONS: I

This position will work to provide planning, technical, programmatic support and subject matter expertise (SME) for the Base planning staff. Individual will be required to interact with internal and external organizations in regard to facilities planning and requirements; provide a planning analysis for review, comment and revisions; provide graphical sketches to convey ideas; prepare project design scope and site locations; provide a monthly report to the government summarizing actions performed during that month; and coordinate with engineering and environmental to identify and resolve constraints. Individual must have the knowledge and skills to effectively Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, and AutoCAD at the advanced level; and communicate effectively with internal and external customer. This position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, or engineering. Individual must have at least 4 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in one of these categories; a valid California driver's license and the ability to obtain a license to operate a government vehicle.
