We are certified as s Small Disadvantaged (SDB), Woman-Owned (WOSB/EDWOSB), and Minority entity, which has been in operation since 1987. We are proposing on a 5-year contract at Camp Pendleton, CA. and seek highly experienced, qualified employees to fill these positions.

JOB FUNCTIONS: I

Overview: This position provides routine and emergency maintenance repairs to real property. Responsible for performing the work in a safe manner and adhering to all Safety Regulations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing a wide variety of facilities maintenance and repair tasks on various facilities. Most repairs require applying standard and non-standard techniques commonly employed in the industry. May be required to lift and carry weights up to 100 pounds; however, the average weight varies between 30 to 70 pounds and is carried for only short distances. Protective equipment such as safety glasses, goggles, gloves and hard hats are furnished by the Government as required. Must possess a valid California Drivers License, and must be able to obtain an U.S. Government Operators Permit to operate a truck with load capacity up to three tons. A minimum of 2 years’ experience required.
