We are proposing on a 5-year contract at Camp Pendleton, CA. and seek highly experienced, qualified employees to fill these positions.

JOB FUNCTIONS: I

Overview: Requirement is for a Motor Vehicle Mechanic Helper to perform tasks such as washing and cleaning vehicles, performing safety inspections, checking fluids levels, minor repairs such as repairing lights, changing mud flaps, changing tires, loading and unloading of vehicle supplies and general labor work which requires little or no experience. Employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs continually; must be able to stand, squat, and bend for long periods of time; and must not have any back related problems. Safety shoes will be worn during work hours; must wear long pants and shirt with at least short sleeve.  Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided and worn, when required. All lifting and safety equipment that is required to perform work safely will be provided.  Employee must be able to operate a forklift up to 6,000 lbs and possess an OSHA approved operating certificate. Must possess at least a class "C" California driver's license.  A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for this position.
